Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of bakery, food manufacturing, packaging, or related supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and apply production schedules, operating procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and packaging operations to meet safety, quality, service, and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate workforce scheduling and production plans to meet demand.
• Develop and train team members on procedures, GMPs, SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor equipment and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Materials Management to resolve issues.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement, and department resources within budget.
