Aspire Bakeries in West Columbia, SC is hiring an Operator 3, Bakery– Production to operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and supporting efficient production flow. The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read and write, basic math, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

1st shift, 6 AM–2:30 PM, weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• Able to work as part of a high-performing team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to meet quality specs.
• Maintain production documentation and support line performance.
• Set up and change over equipment per schedules and recipes.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and GMP/food safety compliant.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to reduce downtime.
• Rotate across production areas to support staffing needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets and drive improvements.
