Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Production to operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and reliable production flow.

You will maintain GMP/compliance, document production, troubleshoot issues, and rotate across bakery areas to support staffing and efficiency. Shift is 1st, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, weekend availability is required. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

Reading, writing and basic math skills required.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
Ability to function as part of a high-performing team.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operate, adjust, and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure quality.
Maintain production documentation and support line performance.
Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment per schedules and recipes.
Maintain clean, safe work areas following GMP and food safety standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and product issues and escalate as needed to reduce downtime.
Rotate across production and packaging areas to support staffing needs.
Collaborate with team to meet production targets and drive improvement.
