Job summary

Aspire Bakeries' Cayce, SC bakery is hiring an Operator 3, Bakery-Production to operate automated production and packaging equipment while ensuring quality and food safety standards. You will help maintain efficiency and support a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Monitor product quality and complete required documentation to support regulatory and company standards.
• Support production line start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while complying with GMP and safety requirements.
• Rotate across production and packaging operations to support changing business needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production, food safety, and quality objectives.
