Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Production to join our team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and maintaining product quality, food safety, and production standards.

This 2nd shift role runs 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM with weekend availability required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with the team, and contribute to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation knowledge with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and process performance.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.
• Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and production procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and operational goals.
