Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment settings and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Complete required production documentation and operational reports accurately.
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and machinery remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support food safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, and production requirements by identifying and communicating concerns promptly.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, and operating procedures to achieve production objectives.
