Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support efficient line performance.
• Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment in alignment with production schedules and recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all GMP and food-safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, escalating concerns as needed to reduce downtime.
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing and business needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.
