Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is hiring an Operator 2, Bakery-Production for 1st shift at our West Columbia bakery. You will operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality food production and meet customer specifications. Shift: 1st, 6am–2:30pm; weekends required as part of business operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to follow recipes and schedules, and a strong focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, production schedules, and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment to meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to support efficient and consistent production output.
• Maintain production materials and supplies to minimize operational interruptions.
• Complete production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, GMPs, and operating procedures to ensure consistent results.
