Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring an Operator 2, Bakery-Production at the Cayce, South Carolina bakery. You will operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality, safety, and efficient manufacturing.

This role supports a safe, team-oriented environment with a 2nd shift schedule and opportunities to grow your skills within a leading bakery platform. Candidates should have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet product quality specifications.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Communicate production, quality, safety, maintenance, and sanitation concerns to relevant stakeholders.
