Job summary

Aspire Bakery LLC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Production for the 2nd shift at our Cayce, SC facility. You will operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to ensure quality, food safety and efficient bakery operations across multiple lines.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school level reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to comply with food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Adjust equipment settings and perform changeovers to support schedules and recipe requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Support production operations across multiple areas based on staffing needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.
