Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Production for its Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing while meeting quality and food safety standards.

The role is on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) with weekend availability required. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, maintain records, support changeovers, and contribute to a culture of care and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to operate production equipment with basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure product quality, food safety, and production specifications are met.
• Monitor production processes and identify equipment, quality, or safety concerns for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.
• Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and established production procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and production environments.
• Collaborate with team members and support additional production needs to achieve operational goals.
