Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bakery Production Worker in Johnstown, CO to operate and support bakery production equipment, package bakery products, and inspect quality in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will stand for extended periods, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with leads, supervisors, and quality teams to keep lines running safely and efficiently. Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience working around production equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated job stability.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.
• Must be eligible to obtain a food safety certification.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines.
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards.
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs.
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
