Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience working around production equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated job stability.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
