Job summary

Aramark in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to operate and support bakery production lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will handle packaging, inspection, and collaborative tasks across the production area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or food production, and can communicate in English. This hands-on role requires standing, agility, safety awareness, and flexibility for night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience working around production equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated job stability.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.
• Must be eligible to obtain a food safety certification.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines.
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards.
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs.
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
