Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bakery Production Worker in Johnstown, CO to support a fast-paced bakery operation. You will operate production lines, assist with packaging, and help ensure quality and safety compliance on the line.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience, can communicate in English, and are able to stand long shifts, lift, and move materials as needed. Training and growth opportunities available in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation.
• Effective English communication in speaking and reading.
• Experience around bakery or industrial production equipment.
• Strong attendance history and job stability.
• Basic math and counting skills for packaging and counts.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines.
• Rotate between tasks: filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, palletizing.
• Load, unload, and move materials around the production area.
• Perform visual quality inspections to meet production standards.
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during runs.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Collaborate with operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
