Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Production at our Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate production and packaging equipment, support safe and efficient bakery operations, and help ensure product quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include following GMPs, assisting with production schedules, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals while lifting up to 50 pounds and working weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and operational needs.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns promptly.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Support production schedules and running orders to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives.
