Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product quality issues.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Good communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, bend, push, and pull, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Produce products that meet established quality and food safety specifications.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support equipment setup, start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve production goals, efficiency targets, and customer requirements.
