Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Production to join our team. You will operate production and packaging equipment, supporting safe, efficient bakery operations and helping maintain product quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing and math skills, and a willingness to work weekends and overtime. Teamwork, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment to support daily bakery operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and GMP/food safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; communicate concerns promptly.
