Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math skills are required.
• Strong communication and observational skills are essential.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support line performance.
• Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment per schedules and recipes.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow GMP/food-safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to minimize downtime.
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing.
