UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati seeks a Bakery Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will oversee daily production, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive on-time manufacturing of bakery products.

You will train associates, manage shifts, monitor KPI boards, and collaborate with QA and process-improvement teams to maintain quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience.
• Exceptional writing, planning, and organizational skills.
• Capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and flexible; people development.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to sudden changes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production and picking operations to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop production associates across mixing, proofing, baking, icing, decorating and packaging.
• Ensure HACCP/CCP guidelines are followed and quality standards are met.
• Manage shifts, schedule postings, and task assignments.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and proper material handling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with QA and process-improvement teams.
• Print and manage pick sheets to meet bakery ready times.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in weekly leadership reviews.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for process improvements.
