UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead to manage the in-store foodservice area, ensure safety, cleanliness and accurate stocking per SOPs, and oversee alcohol/tobacco sales in compliance with state law.

You will lead food service operations, train associates, maintain temperature logs, manage supplies and ordering, and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

Responsabilidades

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe
• Prepares fresh condiments for use utilizing correct foodservice dating procedures
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs, and place on warmer ensuring correct expiration times on all products
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas, including Dipside
• Maintains product availability for prepared food areas Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM
• Is able to prepare Dipside area in the morning to have ice cream stocked and in proper conditions
• Ensures ordering of Foodservice Supplies to eliminate Out of Stocks
• Completes wash, rinse and sanitizing activities for all foodservice smallwares
• Maintains cleanliness of sales area where foodservice products are located
• Maintains organization & cleanliness of all foodservice areas following cleaning SOPs
• Keeps up to date with all program changes and SOPs
• Works with management to ensure all associates are trained and able to execute all foodservice programs while on shift
• Ovenside Stores – follows pull & slack procedures for all Ovenside sandwiches to grow sales and reduce waste
• Ovenside Stores – maintains oven cleanliness
• Overall Guest Services: Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello
• DipSide Guest Services: Preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream, sundaes, floats/sodas
• Efficient Operation of POS System: correctly authorize and handle gas sales, register transactions, handle coins, payments
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and coolers filled, rotate stock
• Security: monitor Guests and manage cash drops; follow None policies
• Maintenance: keep store and equipment clean and safe
• Reporting: complete time records and Guest Preparedness Document
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and to obtain Food Safety certification
