Job summary

Abimar Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the processing and packaging of finished baked goods, ensuring each step meets product specifications. You will guide and direct general production staff, including crème pump and tray loader operators, to maintain quality and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; SAP and MS Office proficiency essential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related experience in production supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, controls and verifies activities related to finished product packaging to meet requirements.
• Follow up on maintenance programs to guarantee proper equipment function and minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality and sanitation plans to comply with GMP and food safety requirements.
• Review production schedules to establish hourly product data.
• Oversee inspections of appearance, codes, dates, weights, and packaging.
• Train new employees and mentor staff for safety and standards.
