Job summary

151 Foods LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Bellmawr, NJ to provide frontline leadership across one or more production lines from mixing to baking. You will lead, motivate and develop frontline employees to achieve exceptional manufacturing results with a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, with experience in HACCP, GMPs and sanitation in a bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication to lead frontline teams.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and organize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and decisive action with urgency.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP and GMPs in bakery enviroment.
• Understanding of sanitation and food safety practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to work long 10+ hour shifts, including weekends.
• Cost management and reduction experience.
• Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a complex plant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with KPIs and ERP data.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to one or more production lines from mixing to baking.
• Lead, motivate and develop frontline employees to achieve manufacturing results.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and HACCP requirements.
• Conduct shift huddles, train and cross-train team members.
• Analyze KPIs and drive actions to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain paperwork and ensure area readiness for next shift.
• Address maintenance and sanitation needs promptly to minimize waste.
• Foster positive labor relations and effective conflict resolution.
