Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for a bakery operation on-site in Rocky Mount, NC. The role leads a team of 15–25 and covers first to third shifts, driving safety, quality and production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality. The position offers a competitive base salary of $86–$93K plus a 5% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as production supervisor in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
