United Future in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. Lead a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high‑quality products while achieving production goals.

Qualifications

• Bakery or food manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
