Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugarcreek, Ohio is seeking a reliable bakery assistant to support the bakery supervisor and daily operations. You will help schedule staff, maintain inventory, and ensure clean, safe production of baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have bakery experience, a positive attitude, and day-time availability. This full-time role offers on-the-job training, benefits, and a friendly team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

• Assist the bakery supervisor with scheduling bakery staff.

Base on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the bakery supervisor with scheduling bakery staff
• Support the day-to-day operations of our bakery under the direction of the bakery supervisor
• Communicate with staff, co-workers and managers in a positive/consistent manner
• Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff
• Help train staff to produce quality baked goods
• Follow and help monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining proper inventory levels
• Help resolve guest related issues, escalating to the supervisor as needed

Job Type:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Saturday 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, hours may increase around holidays
• No Sunday hours
• On-the-job training provided
