Responsibilities

• Assist bakery supervisor with scheduling bakery staff.
• Support day-to-day bakery operations under supervision.
• Communicate positively with staff and managers.
• Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff.
• Help train staff to produce quality baked goods.
• Follow cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
• Help resolve guest issues escalated to supervisor.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Assist the bakery supervisor with scheduling bakery staff
2. Support the day-to-day operations of our bakery under the direction of the bakery supervisor
3. Communicate with staff, co-workers and managers in a positive/consistent manner
4. Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff
5. Help train staff to produce quality baked goods
6. Follow and help monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety
7. Assist with monitoring and maintaining proper inventory levels
8. Help resolve guest related issues, escalating to the supervisor as needed

Job Type:

1. Full-time position
2. Monday - Saturday 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, hours may increase around holidays
3. No Sunday hours
