Job summary

Berlin Farmstead in Berlin, OH is seeking hospitality teammates to start or grow their career. Earn $5.50/hour plus tips while learning on-the-job training and enjoying Sundays off, staff discounts, and a supportive team environment.

You’ll take orders, engage guests, and help with beverage and food service while introducing guests to local attractions and the bakery. Training is provided to ensure success in a friendly, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Read, write and understand instructions.
• Sharing information to guests.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Lift and/or move 15 to 30 lbs.
• SafeServ certification preferred, but will provide training.

Responsibilities

• Smile, make eye contact and engage guests in friendly conversation
• Take beverage/meal orders from guests
• Answer questions/make suggestions
• Enter orders into computer
• Garnish dishes
• Serve beverages and food
• Present total meal costs
• Tell guests about the bakery, gift shop, and local attractions
• Use software to process orders and create guest checks
