Essenhaus Restaurant and Bakery in Indiana is hiring team members to welcome guests, operate the cash register, and assist with product selection. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and keeping product displays clean and fresh.

Hours are flexible with a 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. window, 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays and some holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Retail food experience preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read, write and speak in English.
• Calculate minor mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Relate in a friendly and professional manner with guests.
• Run cash register as needed or directed.
• Offer suggestions and guidance for guests with their purchases.
• Maintain clean and organized appearance of product.
• Ensure product is stocked/rotated and kept fresh.
• Inform guests of new products.

Job Type

• Work week 20-25 hours
• Variable hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday
• Saturdays and some holidays are required
