Job summary

Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugarcreek, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Bakery Assistant to support bakery operations from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Base pay is dependent on experience, with opportunities to grow as the bakery expands.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, early-morning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, daily operations, training, inventory, and guest issue resolution, while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Assist bakery supervisor with scheduling bakery staff.
• Support the day-to-day operations of our bakery under the direction of the bakery supervisor.
• Communicate with staff, co-workers and managers in a positive/consistent manner.
• Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff.
• Help train staff to produce quality baked goods.
• Follow and help monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Help resolve guest related issues, escalating to the supervisor as needed.

Pay Rate: Base on experience

What you’ll be doing:
