Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all equipment including dishes, pots, pans, tools, utensils, tables and chairs, and grease traps.
• Maintaining neat appearance of working areas and bathrooms for staff and guests.
• Keep bakery supplies organized and tidy.
• Assist in putting away and organizing deliveries.
• Sweep, mop floors, take out trash, clean windows and doors.
• Daily transportation of food or items from storage rooms.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
