Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader for our Detroit location. As the captain of our bakery, you'll ensure an engaging customer experience, manage operations during shifts, and lead the Cookie Crew with a hands-on approach.

With a focus on outstanding service and teamwork, you will also help maintain production efficiency and provide a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience and exemplary communication skills, all while enjoying a fun and dynamic work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities
