Job summary

Insomnia Cookies, LLC is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager for our St. Charles, MO store. You will lead a team of Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Drivers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain product quality, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will own scheduling, coaching, and daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly during late-night shifts and peak periods while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Availability to work a schedule including Thu–Sun shifts.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations and staffing.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness and food safety.
• Manage scheduling, labor and inventory.
• Lead local marketing and in-store recognition programs.
