This role requires 2+ years in retail grocery, strong communication, and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to operate equipment and perform general housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, output, and displays.
• Supervise product quality, inventory, and budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and team development.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Act as MOD as needed.
