Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Operations Manager to direct bakery team activities, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive cake production, brand presentation, and P&L management while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance coaching, inventory control, and collaboration with local partners to boost brand visibility and sales.
