Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead a team and oversee daily bakery operations, guest experience, cake production, and product presentation. The role emphasizes driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional service to guests in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to manage guest experience and ensure quality service.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory control and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day bakery operations and guest experience.
• Lead team recruitment, training and performance coaching.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling and inventory management.
• Manage marketing, donations and community engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies.
