The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, cake production, brand presentation and inventory control. You will drive sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality cakes and exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling, payroll, cost management, and compliance with NbC standards and health policies, with strong emphasis on community engagement and brand values.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to hire, develop teams and achieve financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels, and staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and coach the team to deliver superior service.
• Recruit, train and evaluate team performance.
• Open/close bakery, handle cash and deposits.
• Oversee inventory, par levels and weekly supply orders.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety and NbC policies.
• Manage controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
