Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage cake production, and maintain brand standards within the community. You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and P&L controls to maximize profitability while ensuring warm, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the guest experience and foster a positive work environment.
• Recruit and select talent and ensure proper training to execute responsibilities effectively.
• Provide continuous coaching and quarterly reviews to develop the team and address performance issues.
• Open and close the bakery, balance cash drawers and deposits.
• Manage special-order fulfillment via web/email for guests and corporate accounts as well as large orders.
• Lead community outreach to increase brand visibility and coordinate local events.
