Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a bakery or food-service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product selections, special orders, and bakery questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to store leadership when needed.
• Increase department sales through suggestive selling and cross-selling ideas.
• Assist with daily bakery production, preparation, packaging, displaying, and merchandising.
• Maintain fresh, full, and visually appealing bakery displays and follow quality standards.
• Support production planning based on sales, promotions, and seasonal demand.
• Maintain proper product rotation and remove outdated items.
