The role involves planning daily production, merchandising, scheduling, and complying with food safety and sanitation requirements, along with hiring and coaching bakery staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, ensuring high standards for quality, freshness, presentation and customer service
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability
