Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to support the Bakery Manager in daily operations, maintain product quality and freshness, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold food safety standards. You will lead bakery associates, coordinate production, manage inventory and merchandising, control shrink, and ensure the department is well stocked and presented.

• Prepare, bake, package, label, and merchandise bakery products.
• Monitor product freshness and availability throughout the day.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and stock.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Lead and train bakery associates.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and shrink control.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Open and close department as assigned.
• Identify equipment or operational issues and report to Bakery Manager or store leadership.
