Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily bakery department operations.
• Ensure bakery products are prepared, displayed, and stocked per standards.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and proper signage.
• Monitor product freshness, quality, and inventory levels.
• Support production planning to meet demand while minimizing shrink.
• Provide training and coaching to bakery associates.
• Serve as manager-on-duty when the Bakery Manager is absent.
• Help with performance management and accountability processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and welcoming shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Promote bakery programs, seasonal items, and promotions.
