Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to lead the guest experience, cake production, and daily operations. You will manage team performance, staffing, inventory, and drive sales through effective leadership and brand execution.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in retail or food service, a focus on profitability, and a commitment to NbC values. Expect a structured bonus, PTO, and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and guest experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing teams, creating productivity goals, inventory management, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; build a positive work environment.
• Business Operations: manage opening/closing, cash handling, special orders, and inventory planning.
• Local Marketing: drive community outreach and brand-aligned events to raise visibility.
• Ensure food safety standards, visual merchandising, and NbC policies are consistently followed.
