You will help lead guest experience, cake production, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory; assist with hiring, training, and coaching; ensure food safety and NbC standards; support opening/closing and special-order fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail/food service environment.
• Proven coaching experience to uplift guest experience and productivity.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Prioritizes the guest experience and fosters a positive work environment.
• Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading guest experience, cake production, merchandising and inventory control.
• Assists in recruiting, training, directing daily work, and providing performance feedback.
• Ensures product, service, and health safety standards are upheld and NbC policies followed.
• Supports operational/admin tasks including production plans, labor reporting and payroll processing.
• Co-manages special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
• Co-facilitates opening/closing and cash handling.
• Contributes to marketing events and local branding efforts.
• Maintains knowledge of all bakery roles and tasks for flexible coverage.
