Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to partner with the Bakery Operator and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring product quality and brand standards.

This role focuses on staff development, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day bakery operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, profitability, and friendly service that brings NbC culture to life for guests and our team.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years in guest-facing retail/foodservice.
• Lead responsibilities in prior roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Food safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and engages customers to ensure a positive work environment.
• Supports Bakery Operator in all aspects of guest experience, cake production, and brand presentation.
• Assists in recruiting, training, and coaching team members, and provides performance feedback.
• Ensures product, service, and bakery standards meet NbC policies and food safety requirements.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and basic payroll/expense tasks as needed.
• Supports special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
