Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to work with the Bakery Manager and team to deliver high‑quality cakes, a warm guest experience, and NbC’s brand standards.

You will lead and coach team members, assist in cake production, merchandising, scheduling, and daily operations while ensuring food safety and P&L awareness to drive sales and profitability. You’ll partner on staff development, guest relations, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college is a plus.
• 1–3 years guest-facing experience in retail/food service, with lead responsibilities.
• Experience coaching and training team members; delivering productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience alongside Bakery Manager and team.
• Assist in cake production planning and display standards.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and NbC policies.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and payroll basics.
• Co-manage special orders for guests and corporate accounts.
