Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required at applicant's expense

Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House and Back of House duties as directed by the PIC
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Greet and serve Guests
• Handle payment at the cash register
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing ingredients
• Package cakes into boxes
