Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Baker Assistant in Los Angeles to provide quality service to Guests and support to the Baker and PIC. You will perform FOH and BOH duties, assist with cleaning, greet Guests, handle payments, and assist in beverage and baking prep.

The role requires some high school education and food safety certification; full-time opportunities with benefits and growth are available.

Qualifications

• Some high school education acceptable with hospitality exposure.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House and Back of House duties as directed by the PIC.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store through cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Greet and serve Guests.
• Handle payments at the cash register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning and weighing.
• Package cakes into boxes.
