Qualifications

Some high school required. Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required at applicant's expense.
Experience in restaurant operations or guest service is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment with attention to safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform Front of House and Back of House duties as directed by the Person in Charge.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store through cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
Greet and serve Guests and handle payments at the cash register.
Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar and assist with baking ingredient preparation.
Package cakes and assist with kitchen operations; support the Baker and PIC as needed.
