Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by PIC.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store through cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Greet and serve Guests.
• Handle payments at the cash register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing ingredients.
• Package cakes into boxes.
